All orders are placed via Instagram DM or WhatsApp only. Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received. Trayam Boutique reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
Payment
We accept Google Pay only. Full payment must be made in advance before the order is processed and shipped. No Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
Shipping
We ship Pan India. Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on location. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of ordering.
No Returns, No Cancellations, No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed and payment is made. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please review product details, size charts, and photographs carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Wrong Item
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof. We will review and respond at our discretion.
Size & Product Accuracy
We make every effort to display accurate colours, fabrics, and measurements. Minor colour variations due to screen display settings are possible and do not constitute a defect.
